ICOM KYOTO 2019 – Museums as Cultural Hubs: the Futur of Tradition
The ICOM General Conference will be held in Kyoto on 1-7 September 2019. During one week, the city will receive some 3,000 participants of the conference. The theme of the conference is “Museums as Cultural Hubs: the Future of tradition”.A flood of discussions and exchange of ideas on museum-related issues will sweep the city during this week.
